I started my working life as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager before shifting into Team Motus ( The wellbeing app) at Google, Pilates, sound healing, Reiki, astrology, and tarot. I’ve worn and shed more identities than I can count, and none of it has been linear.
What I know for sure is this: the messy middle phase, winding, “what am I even doing” chapters are usually the ones that come right before something good.
This is the path, even when it feels unclear. I’ve lived it myself, and I see it in sessions every day.

I read the patterns, the timing, and what’s rising to the surface and you get the space to hear your own intuition more clearly, without the noise or second‑guessing. You leave with a clearer sense of what’s shifting, what’s possible, and the practical next steps that actually move things forward.
Your Personalised Daily Visualisation
Recorded live in the session, infused with Reiki, and shaped by what came up for you. It’s designed to settle your system, sharpen your intuition, and help you integrate the work. Plus daily prompts to keep the momentum going and support the energy shift.
Session Two — The Integration Check-In (45 minutes)
This is where the cumulative results show up. We look at what’s shifted since the deep dive in your patterns, your energy, and your external world. We track what feels clearer, what’s opening, and what still feels tangled. We have the opportunity mto pull more cards to get a sharper read on the next layer. I bring the tools and the intuitive read; you bring what’s been coming up for you and together we make sense of the movement so you can trust your own direction more deeply.
