The all access monthly memberships includes access to all our on demand classes, recordings, programmes. It also includes access to my monthly live virtual Sound Bath events (recordings of all virtual events) and sound bath recordings collection.

The Sound Healing Membership gives access only to the Sound bath Virtual Monthly Sound Bath and the Sound Bath Collection. The All Access Membership includes access to the full on-demand library of movement classes, meditations and Sound Bath virtual events.

Once you have made your payment, you will receive a verification email that will allow you to activate your account. Check all inboxes and spam folders if it is not in your email inbox.

You can cancel your CoreStateHQ membership at any time, but we will be sad to see you go. When canceling your CoreStateHQ membership, please follow our recommendations:

• We recommend canceling at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for cancellations to successfully process in time.

• After canceling your subscription, you will be able to access CoreStateHQ for the remainder of your billing cycle you have paid for.

To cancel your membership:

1. Simply login to your CoreStateHQ Account

2. On the homepage click to “On Demand” page at the top of the screen

3. Click the dropdown menu “Movement classes”, scroll down to “View all classes”

4. Look for the icon on the upper right hand size of the screen with your initials or photo.

5. In the dropdown menu click “Account”

6. Click “Active packages”

7. FInd you active package and click the 3 dots on the right to modify and cancel your membership

   *Please note, deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription.

   To cancel your subscription, log in on our website and head to your membership setting.

Everyone's lifestyle and needs are totally unique to you. We always recommend if you are starting out on your journey to try the beginners 8 week series ( 3 x 30 Minute classes a week). If you’re more advanced you can try 3 to 5 classes a week and vary the classes to suit your needs eg. strength, toning, headspace, mobility etc.
