The Corestate method is a method for everybody, we track your progress on your unique user profile to help keep you on course with your own unique goals, and help you to stay consistent with your workouts. The Core State method curates each class so you are challenged on every level, no two workouts are ever the same, so your progress is constantly evolving. You will see the results you want in less time. At CoreState we believe that balance is important, that is why we have incorporated guided meditations and mobility stretches as options for you to do on your rest days. We want to help to bring a little self-care and headspace into your weekly routine. on and off the mat.
