I work with energy and my path into this work wasn’t linear. For years I lived with a busy mind, constant overthinking, and the feeling that nothing I did was ever enough. After a career as a Quantity Surveyor, I reached a point of burnout and disconnect my body was showing the strain through pelvic floor issues, bloating, and chronic tension. It became clear that my life in construction was out of alignment with my purpose.

Over the past decade, I’ve developed a movement and sound healing method that helps people shift from “stuck” and overwhelmed into grounded clarity. My work blends Sound, Reiki, breathwork, astrology, tarot, and frequency to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and strong energetic boundaries especially for people who absorb others’ energy.

I’m trained in advanced Sound Teaching with TSHA in California and certified as a Reiki Karuna Master Teacher with the world renowned William Rand and Susy Markoe Schieffelin. My sessions create space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, release old patterns and move toward the life you’re meant to live.
