Ease lower back pain with this gentle Pilates stretch, mobilise and release class. Using the support of a cushion and a belt or a band, this slow and soothing class will target lower back, mid back stiffness, hips and hamstrings to reduce discomfort and tightness, while giving you a much needed release and relief.
Please always listen to your body when going through these movements and avoid any sharp or shooting pains. If you suffer from a spinal injury / condition, please consult with your physician first, to be sure to include the most appropriate exercises into your rehabilitation program.
