The Core State method curates each class so you are challenged on every level, no two workouts are ever the same, so your progress is constantly evolving. You will see the results you want in less time. At CoreState we believe that balance is important, that is why we have incorporated guided meditations and mobility stretches as options for you to do on your rest days.
