This series features classes that incorporate Pilates HIIT circuits, weights, resistance bands, the chair and your favourite Pilates exercises to hone in on your core, glutes, upper body and more. Each class has modifications and transitions to help you get the most out of each of your workout. This series is for anyone looking for fun, challenging, low-impact fitness that will leave you feeling stronger and more empowered.

In this series, you will:
