The CoreState series is a uniquely curated series of classes using the CoreState method, featuring three class concepts designed to work the full-body, in three separate weekly classes. The CoreState Essentials, Upper Body, and Lower Body classes are designed to be low impact, body-weight and resistance moves created to help you progressively strengthen, tone, realign and also to make you feel better. Each week you will be brought a new class to integrate into your weekly three-class programme, to help you progress and see results every week. This series is all about progress, watching your practice evolve and discovering your true potential on and off the mat.
