CoreState Beginner Series
About The Program
The CoreState beginners series is a uniquely curated series of classes using the CoreState method, featuring three class concepts designed to work the full body, in three separate weekly classes. The CoreState Essentials, Upper Body, and Lower Body classes are designed to be low impact, body-weight and resistance moves created to help you progressively strengthen, tone, realign and also to make you feel better. Each week you will be brought a new class to integrate into your weekly three class programme, to help you progress and see new results every week and discover your Pilates potential.
